WELCOME TO ECHO HOUSE!

We are located at 1705 W. Fayette Street in Baltimore City in the heart of one of the cities poorest communities – Franklin Square. Although our community is plagued with substance abuse, unemployment, crime and poor housing, we are not hopeless.

Echo House is an oasis in the middle of a desert of poverty and broken dreams. Since 1964, Echo House has helped families, individuals and children to dream and then make those dreams into realities.

Through the delivery of human and social services and through coordinating our services with resources throughout the City, Echo House has helped thousands of Baltimore citizens to become productive and even outstanding members of our community.

Echo House is certified by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as a

1. Outpatient drug treatment program ASAM level I
2. Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization ASAM level II

Our Hours of operation are as follows:
Mon-Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
